Não importa NADA :)

A todas as minhas queridas amigas (e já agora amigos, ainda que não se aplique a cena das cuequinhas, acho eu!hehe):

Hoje pouco importa a cor das cuecas que escolham usar, e muito menos se são novas ou não, pouco importa se comem 12 passas, uma ou nenhuma, se dão um passo com o pé esquerdo ou com o direito... etc... etc... etc... Para que os vossos sonhos se realizem nada disso importa NADA! O que importa é que olhem para a vossa realidade, vejam claramente o que querem que lá continue e escolham verdadeiramente o que querem para vós mesmas (os)! Não se ponham a escolher para a família toda! Cada um tem o direito de escolher por si, e apenas isso. E já agora esqueçam também essa história das resoluções para o Novo Ano! Cada dia que começa é um dia de resoluções novas, não importa se é dia 1 de Janeiro ou outro dia qualquer. O hábito de fazer escolhas conscientes dia a dia é algo que pode acompanhar-nos sempre. Assim fica bem mais fácil manteres-te fiel e confiante em relação às tuas escolhas. E já agora sê coerente em relação ao que pensas, dizes e fazes. O que conta mesmo é o exemplo que dás, é seres aquilo em acreditas. E pronto :) Respeita-te e lembra-te que a escolha de ser feliz é uma escolha profunda e que te levará numa grande viagem de mudança consciente, sempre criando e recriando o teu mundo de dentro para fora.

Cada um de nós que faz escolhas conscientes e coerentes para si mesmo cria um mundo melhor para todos.

Between the Old and the NEW – PART II

The 21^st of December 2012 has come and gone, and just as I felt, we are still here. Well, at least those of us who have stayed on Earth.

What has changed? For me it is the feeling of living in the New Energy – tangible, real, here. And the first few days of feeling this so intensely have been as amazing as they have been scary to me – absolutely nothing to hold on to! No maps! No paths! No rules! No plans! It has been so for some years, yes, but now it is just that. Well, for me it is. And for those who have leapt into the New Energy mode.

What is this New Energy thing I am talking about?

Old Energy. New Energy. Isn’t it all just energy? Yes and no.

Up to now we have been living on the same recycled energy going back and forth amongst us, in the quest for HOME. The question “who am I?” has motivated all of the eras of evolution on Earth so far. It is that very question and the consequent search for its answer in the world of form through the universal law of Action and Reaction, in other words Cause and Effect – or more colloquially “what goes around, comes around”, that has been the prime generator of energy. Energy used and reused in many ways, in a landscape where all possible results were already drawn out, where there was a map, so to speak.

And why was there a map? Because we were searching for a place in the Universe: HOME. We were searching everywhere, elsewhere, within everyone else and thus creating mass consciousness. Mass consciousness as a whole, as humanity, and myriad nucleus of mass consciousness for any given culture or human system, with fixed thought forms (beliefs, patterns, habits, values…), leading to fixed reality landscapes, allowing for very little variations within the fixed grid.

Along the way, throughout all of these eras, proportionately few have found HOME, not being yet enough to achieve critical mass – i.e. sufficient momentum to motivate a real change and shift gears towards truly new potentials for mass consciousness.

Nevertheless, the few became more and more and in due course, to make a long story short, critical mass has been achieved and we are now really and truly at the brink of a New Era of mankind, the likes of which has not yet been experienced. 5 years ago actually. The shift into the New Energy happened 5 years ago. But now is when we are experiencing the full force of it.

Those who have found HOME, now know that it had been there all along, within themselves, not somewhere out there or within someone who might know the answer.

The answers have been there all along. The wisdom, the love, the joy, the freedom, the abundance, everything we have ever sought for has always been there in the same place, in the spark of our Essence, waiting to be rooted in the physical body and spread on Earth. This knowingness has ceased the search for those who have found HOME. It has therefore ceased the need to remove energy from anyone else or to have anyone else remove it from us for lack of whatever. This, in turn, has made it possible to ascend to new levels of consciousness, totally void of old patterns, void of paths, maps or pre-destination.

New Energy is birthed in each new breath, when one’s Divinity is Present in one’s Humanity, accepting one’s responsibility and capacity as a creator being, letting one’s inner GPS lead each step of a way that is not yet drawn or known.

It works more or less like this:

Picture yourself in a vast space. There is nothing around you, nothing behind or before you. No path you have come from, no path drawn out to follow. Just a vast NOW moment where past experience does not determine your next choice because once it has been experienced it disappears into the vastness it came from, moment to moment.

You take a step forward. Surprisingly you step onto firm ground. But there seemed to be nothing there. And there wasn’t. It is you creating the path as you step, and step. As you step forward the path appears for each step. But when you look back you realize there are no marks. The vastness is clear. So you can step anywhere all around you, and the path will always be new. No chance of going down the same old beaten track. There is no beaten track. 

You have resolved and integrated your issues. You have gone through your dark night of the soul. You have come through that seemingly never ending tunnel of strife and struggle. The air is crisp and clear in the New Energy. And everything is utterly simple. So simple it scares most people back into the tunnel.

The New Energy is unexpected, it has no plan or agenda. It just brings to you, the sovereign Master of your reality, the direct result of your creatorship – your conscious choices. You choose. You trust. You receive your creation. It is that simple.

To live fully in the New Energy you will have had to make clear choices about what you want and don’t want in your reality. You will have had to let go of all drama games. Of all beliefs in lack and victimness. Of all beliefs in limitation. You will have had to integrate your no’s to LIFE and excuses not to BE all that you ARE.

This means living a very different life to that of mass consciousness. It means being totally compassionate about everyone else’s dramas, respecting that each one has their own agenda. It means releasing judgment about the wrongs and the rights of the rest of the world. It means being the example that it is possible to live in a whole new way, creating a very new type of reality. It means not bothering about what others think of your normality, and when they question you about not living in the “real world”, holding your ground and knowing that all is well in all of creation. It means total self-respect towards  everything that is part of your reality. It means stopping using your energy feeling sorry for everyone and rather using it creatively, showing in practice how there are new possibilities of life beyond suffering. It means not letting yourself get caught up in stress, rush, worry and all other energy wasters – once again, total self-respect.

This is how you create a new template for human consciousness and though it seems selfish, it is nothing but SELF-ish, leading and moving energy towards the full integration of the I AM, the Higher Self in human reality.

The other interesting perk is that you stop feeding mass consciousness’ beliefs in drama, lack and so forth and the more of us who do that, the easier it gets to live in harmony, the less dense it all is and the faster it becomes to achieve our grandest potentials as a whole – Humanity.

Now that the New Energy is more real than ever, it does require a great deal of Presence, of being aware of who you ARE, of Trust in your choices, in your Isness.

Neverthess, if you are living it, it is because you have come through a long/or not so long process, which has required great courage and determination to break free from pre-programming, your own and everyone else’s. So don’t back down now!

New Energy is simple, instant, unexpected, 100% foolproof – which means you can’t go wrong! – nonprogrammable, pure and transparent, not bound by any rules of conventions, unique and cannot be reproduced.

BE, CHOOSE, ACCEPT, RECEIVE… The giving part is in simply BEing! J

PS – If you feel you have one foot in the old and one in the new, make up your mind! You can’t hold onto both sides forever! It’ll hurt like crazy! Either you stay in the old or leap into the new. And that’s that.

Between the OLD and the NEW – Part 1

 

Much has been said about the upcoming 21^st of December 2012, so I choose to share with you how I see and feel it.

Yes, the World is going to end in 2012. For some. Fortunately. It is going to end in a very real way. 

Because their lives shall never be the same. Because something fundamental will have changed within them. Because they will be aware of their full potential. Because they will have clearly chosen to be who they truly are. Because they will be living a whole new life. Because they will have created a whole new reality. Because they will no longer be afraid to show that it is possible to detach from mass consciousness and still live in the world, amongst everyone else.

For others it shall be the moment of awakening to the fact that they are tired of their old way of living. 

Because they will have suffered enough. Because they will have decided to change. Because they will be seeing some very true examples of new ways of life that they feel they would like to try out. Because they will have enough courage to release their fear of the unknown and take a step towards it.

Yet, for others nothing shall end. Everything shall remain exactly the same. The same routines. The same faces. The same places. The same old never ending circle of senseless conversations and aspirations. The same dramas. The same habits. The same. All the same. And they will be disappointed, maybe, questioning themselves where the drama of the end of the world has gone. Feeling frustrated that it’s all the same old rat race and nothing has changed!

I feel it like never before. A strong, very very strong surging wave of Essence flooding the Earth with a whole new range of potentials, which bring forth the most magical possibilities. Possibilities none of us has ever even fathomed, even in our wildest dreams! I feel it in my heart. I feel in my whole body. It is a tingling sensation of aliveness, of excitement, of sheer JOY because the time has finally come. The time I have been waiting for for sooooo long. I feel it in my breath, so firm and present. I feel it in my thoughts, so quiet… waiting. I feel it in my gut, a fire burning with creative passion. I feel it around me, as if it is a shimmering cloud that accompanies me wherever I go. I feel it in the air. I feel it in the ground. I feel it in the water and in the sun. I feel it. I feel it so intensely at times it seems like I’m going to burst with the force of this that I feel and that’s why I know the end of the world as we know it is finally upon us. But it is not the end of the physical world. No. It is the end of tons and tons of old ways and habits, of old vices and beliefs that have choked our systems to the point that we have come to believe that that was the only way. 

And this that I feel is nothing but my Essence, your Essence, the Essence of all that IS being absorbed into the Earth, into each one who chooses to integrate Human and Divine as ONE. The living, walking, talking proof that it is finally possible to BE all that we are right HERE, right NOW!

And people feel it all over the world. Some feel it in very imbalanced ways, which are probably most appropriate for them, which is perfect as it is. No better, no worse than it should be. People feel it and can’t figure it out.

So what do you choose to do with this grand new opportunity to embrace your True Self and live a truly NEW LIFE… or not?

Hoje (2/12/2012) tive o prazer de ir ao cinema com os miúdos no âmbito das sessões gratuitas que o Torres Shopping está a promover aos Domingos de manhã. O filme foi o Happy Feet 2, que ainda não tinha visto. A dado momento uma camarão audacioso diz "é uma perda de tempo temer o melhor" querendo dizer que ou se teme o pior ou não vale a pena temer! hehe Ora eu acrescento que é uma perda de tempo temer e ponto

 final. Mal começas a emprestar a tua atenção ao temor e a equacionar o pior seja do que for, crias esse potencial. Então se vais criar potenciais porque não páras de temer e simplesmente focas a tua atenção no melhor... ou até em coisa nenhuma! ;) para dares espaço ao silêncio e descobrires as novas possibilidades que emanam desse silêncio? Respira, cala o temor e experimenta! Resulta! A sério ;)

Spiritual Awakening  - the Soulution

I see people fighting for survival. Others fighting each other for recognition of their cause. Others fighting to be seen… to be heard… Others fighting to save their fellow humans, nature, the whole world. Others fighting against what some are fighting for. Some fighting famine. Some fighting disease. Some fighting for rights that seem wrong to others. Fighting. I see it everywhere as a means to an end.

Games. Drama games. Games of lack. The survival game.

I see beyond it all as well.

I used to fight. I used to be a warrior. I used to be fit for battle. I used to protect myself. I used to struggle to survive. I know the fighting game. It is filled with adrenaline and seems to have a meaningful purpose. It seems to be the way out, the way against what bothers us.

Sooner or later it becomes exhausting. It becomes boring because it is a never ending repetitive circle of trial and error. It becomes frustrating because no sooner have we arrived somewhere, then we need to be somewhere else already.

Sooner or later one hits rock bottom and questions oneself if this is the only way to get through life. “Do I have the strength to go on, or do I just give up?” – and then what? What of all the time spent, of all the hopes and dreams, what of the convictions we had? What for? Why?

That is when Spiritual Awakening has space to occur… or not.

Let’s suppose it does. You start feeling there is something within you that connects with everything and everyone everywhere. You start to question the purpose of fighting. You start understanding that there is more to reality than what seems real. You start wanting to know who you are and why you are here. You start seeing that the outer world mirrors your inner world and triggers you to react rather than act. You start to believe that there is another way to live rather than survive. You start to admit that your mind isn’t capable of figuring out all things and that there is an intangible world that is as relevant (if not more relevant because it determines the other), than the tangible one. You start to figure out that if we are all made of the same stuff, why should we fight against each other rather than cooperate? You start to discern that if life is to serve you, first you need to serve it by honouring the life within you, by respecting yourself, by being thankful for all there is, by cherishing your body – the temple of true PEACE. 

And as you see this in you, you see it in everyone else. As you love you for the grandness that pulses in your veins, so do you love all that is, both tangible and intangible. You start to question your worries and you start to see that there is a way for all to be balanced.

The thing is Spiritual Awakening cannot be imposed on anyone. It is only possible through free will. Some say that there is no free will in this because if we do not choose to awaken we suffer. Stop there for a while. Take a deep breath. Deep within you the eyes of Compassion will show you that all is well in all of creation, even what you judge as bad, wrong and evil. It is part of the immense array of possible experiences for any of us. 

It is not easy to gain perspective in the face of so much hurt and misery we see in the world, but through the eyes of Compassion you may see and accept that each one’s fate is not yours to decide. All you can do is choose for you. You can choose to awaken. You can choose to be the change. You can choose to be the example of what it is like to live in a whole new way. An enlightened way. You can share your joy. You can share your peace. You can share your love. You can share your abundance.

No. Not by imposing it all on anyone. Not by giving it away. By simply being it. When you ARE THAT YOU ARE, fully in your Presence, balanced and in harmony, you cannot but radiate those qualities. And they can be felt by whomever chooses to awaken. They can be sensed. And above all they create a different pattern – they set a new precedent which can be accessed by anyone who makes the choice to awaken.

The solution for famine does not reside in fighting for human rights. It resides in awakening. 

Do you know that it is possible to live without food or drink? This is only possible for those who are spiritually awake, though. It is done by establishing a deep and harmonious connection between body, mind and spirit and reeducating the physical body to obtain its nutrients and liquids from other forms of energy beyond food and drink. There are thousands of people already doing this on Earth right now. Recently an Indian yogi who had not eaten for 80 years was kept in a laboratory for over two weeks in order to be studied and tested, in the hope of finding a way around famine. The studies were inconclusive as to how he did it, but concluded that he was actually doing it.( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKUpUwxwBFw - about breatharianism or living solely from breath - this program is shown in 3 parts, the other two are easily accessible on YouTube)

Anyway, not eating is not a requirement for enlightenment, though for those of you who are very concerned with the environment and are advocates of vegetarianism, or veganism for example, you could stop eating altogether if you chose to discover how this is done. This is just a way to live, like all the others. A choice.

The solution for poverty does not reside in fighting against the economic system. It consists on spiritual awakening. Once you discover abundance within you, infinite supplies become available outside. 

Money is just energy. Always remember that. Do you allow it in your life or is there any amount of beliefs you have that stop you from having it? All in all it is your perfect creation. Also being an advocate for the poor victims of the world will be fulfilling in several ways. But it sure enough won’t end poverty.

The solution to violence does not reside in prohibition. It depends solely on finding the space within where there is no notion of violence, no need for it, nothing to prove, nothing to impose. Once an awakened human realises how precious life is, it becomes unthinkable to take each other’s lives and it becomes senseless to harm another in the same way as it is to do so to oneself.

The solution to the lack of moral values does not reside in education. It resides in connecting with the Essence within, which does not need morality in order to discern what is wrong or right. The discerning wisdom of the Essence is far beyond morality. And yes. How to access the Essence can be taught.

This leads to the issue of politics and governments. The solution to the world’s political crisis does not reside in finding yet another political system. It resides in spiritual awakening. In a world of enlightened humans, decisions are made in total respect for each other and the notion of fair and unfair does not need to be discussed. It is known.

So you see, the notion of a just, fair world, with no famine or poverty is but an uthopian dream, unless everyone chooses to awaken!

In the meantime those who do awaken can cooperate with life itself and be the example of what life can be when lived by the standards of who we truly are, rather than who we seem to be. 

No effort, no struggle, no fighting, no imposing, just living life to its fullest and grandest potential. Amazing how it might seem frightening to do this… whereas war and destruction seem so normal! J

Fear versus Intuition

Yes. Fear serves a purpose. Actually, it serves many purposes. Mostly we are taught to avoid potential dangers on fear based assumptions deriving from someone else’s previous experiences. We are taught to steer clear from pain on fear based language. And we learn fast. And it is very useful that we learn fast because in the game of survival only the fittest make the grade. So fear is not only useful, it is an essential survival skill.

Intuition, on the other hand is not fostered at all. It is associated to sorcery, psychic power or just awkwardness and is not taught as a mainstream skill, such as fear.

There are good reasons for this. Until we see through the drama filled games of mass consciousness, we have no idea we can possibly live differently so we are taught about life in automatic pilot. “This is how it’s done and that’s it”, is the sort of general teaching/learning process in standard, regular, day to day living. If intuition were sparked and nurtured and fostered and taught and developed… there would be no space for fear! This would mean that a whole lot of experiences would not be possible – the fear based ones. So it makes perfect sense that things are the way they are.

Ok. Now you suddenly realise that this is not exactly what you want and bam! A sudden moment of awareness hits you! There is another way. This is generally called spiritual awakening. It is the moment when you realise that there is more to life than meets the eye. Much more. That is when intuition comes in handy! Because when you start seeing inside out instead of the other way round it is the inner teaching of in-tuition that serve you best, rather than the outer dogmatic truths about what is possible and what isn’t. Intuition is the FEELING sense per se. The analytic mind cannot grasp how it works or understand its motivations. It cannot trace a path from A to B or determine a fixed pattern. And the reason is that intuition is spontaneous. It derives from a Source within each of us that is interconnected with the Source  of all things. It is a tool of the Source of Isness that we all have inside. It is not about why? or but.  It just is! It requires no argumentation or justification and you can use it or not and rest assured that it will not make your life hell if you don’t listen, like fear does! It is simple and original. Creative. It expands rather than contracts (like fear). It is gentle and ever so patient.

Once you awaken your feeling sensors and start leading this journey by intuition rather than fear, you discover a whole new reality. Drama/fear based situations literally disappear from your landscape, which allows you to start making choices by discerning what is best for you according to what you want in your life, rather than what you don’t want (which is the way fear works). You admit that past experiences do not have to determine your present or future opportunities. You learn that most of the time outcomes are unexpected, but always magically appropriate. You stop efforting to fight against, and start flowing to cooperate with what life is bringing to you because you know and trust your choices.

And the funny thing is that this new way of living beyond fear, in the arms of intuition requires far more courage than it did to stay still, inside the box of fear. And do you know why? Because it hasn’t been all neatly mapped out for you. There is no predictability. There is no comfort zone.

On the other hand there is tenderness, there is respect, no harshness, there is gratitude and love, there is a sparkling joy and wise innocence that marvels at each discovery of how it’s done the simple way. There is freedom to explore and discover. There is unburdened lightness. There is your bed of roses! J

The challenge is you have to make a choice. You could try and live with one foot here and the other there, but it doesn’t work. Tried it. It was a bugger! Wasted too much energy. Can you picture yourself with your legs spread wide open, one foot on one side of a gorge and the other on the other side? Can you feel how much effort that requires? Sooner or later you have to choose which leg is going to move, one way or the other. And that’s it ;)

A Grandiosa Essência

A Grandiosa Essência

Hoje tive uma experiência muito bonita – grandiosa até ;)

Uma amiga minha marcou uma sessão de integração comigo.

Ela já faz este processo sozinha há algum tempo, mas há momentos em que surge algo que é difícil de identificar sozinha, tal como por vezes surge também para mim, e nesses momentos apoiamo-nos mutuamente no processo de Integração com Respiração Consciente.

Vou situar-te um pouco para compreenderes o contexto dela. Ao cabo do último ano e meio ela mudou totalmente a sua vida. Trabalho, família, casa e ela própria! E tudo com uma rapidez incrível, sempre sem medo (ou por outra, enfrentando o medo) do próximo salto, sempre abraçando o desafio do novo, sempre pronta a largar cada identidade, sempre pronta a reinventar-se e a descobrir-se mais e mais além. É verdadeiramente admirável o seu processo, de tão genuína que é a sua entrega a SER.

Ela trabalha por conta própria e mudou para uma nova casa há cerca de 3 meses. Nestes meses o trabalho tem sido variável e ela tem sempre respeitado o ritmo natural das coisas, por vezes com medo do amanhã pois a sua vida não tem qualquer grau de previsibilidade, mas respirando e sentido a confiança interna de que tudo está a ocorrer no seu tempo perfeito, na medida em que as suas escolhas vão sendo feitas e em que vai estando sempre disponível para as oportunidade que surgem no seu caminho. Muito recentemente uma dessas novas oportunidades caiu-lhe no colo, literalmente! É algo novo, em que nunca trabalhou mas que a entusiasma muito. Vai requerer dela muita confiança nas suas próprias capacidades a todos os níveis e vai levá-la a ter que se exprimir perante muitas pessoas, o que sempre a assustou. Então nos últimos dias tem tido dores no peito, à frente e atrás e tosse. Tem-se sentido estranha, sem compreender nada do que se está a passar com ela, preocupada por fora mas serena por dentro. Por isso decidiu marcar uma sessão de integração.

Começámos por respirar, profunda e suavemente até ao fundo da barriga até que a serenidade a envolvesse. Era como se ela estivesse no fundo do mar, naquele silêncio imenso, naquela quietude, enquanto à superfície as ondas se agitavam e a tempestade uivava. Mas lá no fundo do mar, no fundo de si, tudo estava em ordem, plácido e tranquilo. Pedi-lhe que sentisse a sua garganta. Começou a tossir. Sentiu um aperto. O que era? Uma parte de si que repetia “não sou capaz”. Convidámos essa parte de si a vir para o fundo do mar, apenas para ficar ali, sem ter que ser capaz de nada, sem ter que se esforçar, sem ter que saber – a largar a necessidade de ter que ser seja o que for porque a sua Essência já é e sabe tudo o que é preciso saber, momento a momento. Essa parte sua depressa se deixou diluir no mar, aliviada, deixando-se ir, deixando-se misturar na Essência de si.

Voltámos à garganta. Ainda havia lá algo. Mas esse algo que havia era algo que queria desabrochar, como uma flor. Algo que queria expandir-se e brilhar, como um diamante cristalino. Esse brilho foi-se espalhando e no coração abriram-se as portas. Ela havia fechado as portas à sua grandeza por não conseguir aceitar que era mesmo ela aquela magnitude de Ser que pedia licença para entrar! Foi como se a cabeça se abrisse para deixar entrar um fluxo Divino que a inundou por completo. E esse fluxo não tinha que ser compreendido, apenas aceite como sendo simplesmente o que é: “Eu Sou o que Eu Sou”! Ela chorava com a intensidade daquele brilho que a preenchia por completo e finalmente via que o medo que tinha tido era de si mesma! De mais um pedaço imenso da sua divindade.

Sabes, é que a integração do Divino com o Humano, ou seja, da Essência com o Corpo Físico, não se faz toda de uma vez. Vai ocorrendo passo a passo, à medida que vamos integrando a nossa dita Escuridão, vamos abrindo mais espaço para a nossa dita Luz, e a nossa vibração física vai mudando, para permitir que o nosso corpo possa suster a grandiosa intensidade da Essência. O seu poder energético é tão grande que se integrássemos o Divino com o Humano todo de uma vez rebentaríamos, volatilizávamo-nos pois a densidade do corpo precisa de ser subtilizada para suportar as frequências mais intangíveis e elevadas do nosso Ser Real. É um processo que vai ocorrendo por si mesmo, à medida que o vamos permitindo, que nos vamos permitindo ampliar a nossa consciência de quem realmente somos.

Isto tudo para explicar o que se passou hoje com a minha amiga. No final todo o seu corpo tremia, as lágrimas de imenso amor e gratidão corriam-lhe pelas faces, a garganta estava livre e limpa, o coração mais amplo que nunca, os olhos viam tudo mais cristalino e ela estava simplesmente entregue à magnitude do que acabara de vivenciar, sabendo agora que todos os medos e dúvidas dos últimos dias não haviam passado de pretextos do seu Ser Humano para não aceitar a grandeza do seu Ser Divino aqui e agora.

Vão passar-se alguns dias até que esta integração esteja completa pois o ajuste de vibração a nível do corpo físico ocorre a todos os níveis incluindo o ADN e leva o seu tempo a consolidar-se. Nesse tempo terá que cuidar-se com muito carinho e paciência, descansar muito, respeitar os seus ritmos naturais e descobrir que novos tesouros práticos lhe traz este estado de consciência expandida. Sim, é que tudo isto é vivido na vida prática, de todos os dias, não são experiências transcendentais que não tenham reflexo no nosso quotidiano. São verdadeiros upgrades de VIDA ;)

Ah! Se toda a gente pudesse saber como é bom descobrirmo-nos e vivermos a partir do nosso Ser Real! Por outro lado tudo está em perfeita ordem e cada qual está a fazer as suas experiências, por mais dolorosas que nos possam parecer, são as suas experiências e tarde ou cedo todos descobrem o caminho de volta para CASA, que no fundo não se trata de ir a nenhum lugar, mas finalmente de ficar no único lugar em todo o Universo onde se É, simplesmente J

E sabes que mais? Temos mais medo da nossa LUZ que da nossa ESCURIDÃO!

Integração

Vou partilhar contigo um pouco do que ocorre nas minhas sessões de Integração com Respiração Consciente, porque na verdade é docemente mágico J

Como sabes faço parte de um grupo chamado ReamaHara, através do qual fazemos CDs e Concertos Meditativos Intuitivos de Respiração Consciente.

Há dias fizemos um dos nossos concertos subordinados ao tema do nosso CD Simbiose, que gira em torno da Integração e Reunião do Feminino e Masculino dentro de cada um de nós.

Um jovem que assistiu ao concerto, e que por sinal nunca tinha sequer meditado na vida, sentiu-se profundamente movido durante este concerto. Deu-se pela primeira vez conta de que dentro dele havia muita coisa guardada que lhe causava desconforto, dor e desgaste e percebeu que talvez houvesse uma forma de resolver tudo isso e finalmente sentir o sabor da felicidade.

Ficou no entanto com muito medo do que viu e sentiu em si. Mesmo assim ligou-me pois sabia que faço sessões de Integração com Respiração Consciente. Perguntou-me se seria mais suave que o que sentiu no concerto. Disse-lhe que confiasse e experimentasse, pois no trabalho individual tudo se passa ao ritmo de cada um, com muita simplicidade.

Ganhou coragem e marcou. No início expliquei-lhe que o que sentiu no concerto foi uma tomada de consciência muito forte e repentina de coisas que há muito lá estavam mas das quais não se dava realmente conta. Ele, por sua vez, afirmou que se não fosse o concerto não se teria dado conta e não estaria agora disponível para procurar uma nova forma de viver.

Expliquei-lhe que de início apenas iriamos respirar e tomar contacto com o corpo, perceber onde ele próprio se encontrava em relação ao seu corpo físico, sentir-se internamente, e se possível mergulhar no espaço interno onde reside a serenidade. Primeiro voltar ao corpo, sentir-se seguro nele, sair da mente e ganhar perspetiva, perceber a sua amplitude interna, a sua sabedoria, o seu amor, a sua real essência. Só depois será possível virarmo-nos para os pedaços perdidos, as partes doridas, os aspetos magoados, as culpas, as raivas… etc… etc… Todas estas partes precisam de saber que há uma casa para onde podem voltar e que nós estamos em casa à sua espera para assumirmos as nossas novas escolhas, finalmente. Aí essas partes extremamente competentes, ainda que incómodas poderão enfim diluir-se no lago sereno da Essência, deixando apenas os tesouros das experiências vividas, sem réstia de dor ou emoção.

Na primeira sessão este jovem deu-se conta de que andava por aí a pairar, a sua consciência desenraizada do corpo. Permitiu-se pôr um pé dentro, mas ficou com um de fora na mesma, pelo sim pelo não! Quando vivemos muitos eventos traumáticos, especialmente na infância, tendemos a alienar-nos do corpo, pois ele representa dor. E nisto fechamos as sensações, para atenuar essa mesma dor. É como se andássemos literalmente a pairar, dormentes. Só que quando começamos a respirar de forma profunda e consciente abre-se a porta do sentir e começamos gradualmente a dar-nos conta da nossa ausência. Também nos começamos a dar conta de que há muito mais dentro de nós do que parecia. E lá no fundo da barriga, no centro do nosso corpo, há um lugar amplo e sereno, onde reside a essência da vida que somos. Esse é o nosso espaço seguro. Sempre lá esteve, mesmo que não nos dessemos conta. Sempre lá estará, quer escolhamos estar conscientes dele ou não.

O jovem moço sentiu esse lugar, mas ficou do lado de fora, como se o lugar estivesse coberto por uma redoma que não conseguia transpor. Quando tentava aproximar-se parecia que o lugar se afastava. Pedi-lhe que ficasse apenas ali, do lado de fora, respirando, sentido esse lugar pois seria impossível entrar com luta ou esforço. Tudo que houvera aprendido até então sobre a vida ser difícil e necessitar de agitação e luta não servia para entrar no seu espaço seguro. A princípio ele sentia-se muito agitado, ansioso, com dificuldade em sossegar, mas conforme respirava e escolhia ficar quieto em si, começou a sentir como era bom ficar assim, simplesmente respirando. Começou a largar a necessidade de agitação, a sentir um novo gosto em ficar tranquilo.

Nessa primeira sessão não se sentiu totalmente dentro do corpo, nem conseguiu sentir-se no seu espaço seguro interno, mas conseguiu ficar quieto e sereno, pela primeira vez na vida. Nos dias seguintes, todos os dias respirava um pouco de manhã e à noite, apenas ficando quieto, sem forçar nada, tendo paciência consigo mesmo. Tendo a paciência que ninguém antes tinha tido consigo, e muito menos ele próprio. Paciência e aceitação – aceitar receber-se de volta à sua casa interna, foram as suas lições de prática. Estas “lições” surgem para cada um no momento da sessão, vão-se mostrando e é o próprio que se dá conta delas.

Ao cabo de uma semana ligou-me para marcar a sua segunda sessão. Não há prazos nem limites e são as próprias pessoas que sentem quando é o momento de prosseguir.

Contou-me que se dera conta que muito do que o enervava nos outros era afinal dele e queria ver-se livre dessas raivas e culpas que carregava. Não lhe estavam a servir para nada agora.

Começámos a respirar. Imediatamente envolveu-o uma leveza imensa. Sentiu uma tranquilidade no coração que nunca tinha sentido. Perguntei-lhe onde estava – dentro ou fora do corpo? Dentro! Pedi-lhe que sentisse esse espaço lá no centro do seu corpo. Sentiu-se lá instantaneamente. Livre e solto. E o espaço era imenso. Viu-se. Que grandeza! Sem possibilidade de explicação. Pela primeira vez sentiu a abundância interna. Não necessitava de nada. E não se sentia só. Conforme se via ali e olhava em seu redor tudo era o que era. Pela primeira vez sentiu o que era não julgar – o doce fluxo da Compaixão. E depois um calor suave, singelo, algo que nunca sentira – amor. Amor verdadeiro. Não tinha nada a ver com o que sentira até então e que qualificara de amor. Aquilo era algo diferente, novo, muito mais completo e era seu! De si para si! E o silêncio. Silêncio. Só podia estar em silêncio. Sentindo todo este mar de tesouros em silêncio. Desfrutando de algo inexplicavelmente belo e pleno.

Silêncio foi a sua lição do dia. Continuar a respirar silêncio para poder conhecer melhor o seu espaço interno, sereno e seguro, onde pode enfim estar tranquilo, sem medos, sem dúvidas, sem nada para além daquela amplitude inexplicável que é plena e vazia ao mesmo tempo.

E assim ficará respirando estas maravilhas internas, até que sinta que chegou o momento em que se sente forte e firme para começarmos a convidar aqueles medos, aquelas dores, aquelas raivas e culpas, aquelas mágoas e afins a voltarem gradualmente para casa. Sem julgamentos ou recriminações. Sem argumentações ou justificações. Simplesmente tomando consciência, convidando, integrando, diluindo, transmutando, sendo, momento a momento, uma respiração de cada vez.

O tempo em que não há limite de tempo, apenas tempo indefinido.

Por tempo indefinido andarei de estrela em estrela, cada passo cintilando pó dourado sobre a tua cabeça,

E mesmo que não o vejas sabe que a magia das estrelas intemporais acabou de polvilhar o teu caminho com amor infinito,

E o leve sussurrar do Espaço amplo que não tem Tempo, no imenso lago da tua Essência

Será a resposta … no silêncio eterno com o qual te abraço.

My Path

Hello my dear friends and readers. I’ll share with you a bit of the kind of magic that has filled my days lately and which has been so overwhelming that it has been keeping me away from my writing!

Opening up to feeling, to the breath of Isness, to the expansive realization that what we see is but a mere fraction of the whole has its intrinsic consequences. Some are lovely, then again others are more challenging to deal with at times.

What I mean is when we feel, we FEEL. We feel all of our layers, we feel our Essence, we feel nature, and places and people, and even objects, we feel everything. And the thing is feeling is not selective, it has no notion of good or bad. This is where the usefulness of Conscious Breath comes in. It is only by reconnecting with the deep, still space within us that we can detach from the form of what we are feeling and see beyond it. That is when we come to the magnificent conclusion that beneath all of the layers of emotional and mental ups and downs, there is always an all-encompassing stillness that is neither here nor there, and yet is totally fulfilling in itself. That is when we can observe and realize that much of what we feel - when we open up to feeling – is not even ours! In other words, many times we feel fears that are not ours, we feel doubts that are not ours, we feel anxiousness that is not ours, pain that is not ours and so on and so on… We feel the pervasive waves of mass consciousness passing through us as if we were a sift. Then, it becomes simple. We become aware of what is generated by us and what isn’t and all we have to do is take and deep breath and release, let go, surrender, BE.

Yes, I know of all of the forms of protection used to deflect or impede outer layers from touching us. The decrees, and mantles of protection, the invocations and chants and so on. But I also know that in our mastery there comes a moment when there is no need to protect ourselves, because as we expand our consciousness so does our vibration change and therefore, that which is not of the same vibration cannot affect our reality, even though we can feel it pass through. It is sort of like choosing to jump in the river and surrender to the stream effortlessly, instead of fighting not to get wet, when in the end we get wet anyway!

Then there is the case when some people feel challenged by your presence and see in you parts of themselves reflected as a true mirror does. Let me explain. Whenever someone accuses you of being something and feels angry at you for that, it is a sure thing that you are merely serving as a reflection.  Then the challenge is to observe yourself. Does it make you feel angry or hurt as well? Then you have some aspects related to the issue to observe. If you can easily detach from the need to justify and be understood, letting go of the accusation without guilt or hurt, then it is not your issue. And it is indeed liberating, not having to justify because the mind’s rambling argumentation will get you cornered every time and it will prove useless and exhausting to go that way. Adding to this liberation is the one you give the other person, by not insisting that either of you is right or wrong. Can you let go and move on? It’s worth a try.

My magic has been truly releasing expectations of any particular outcomes, in all sorts of situations. It is another great step towards freedom!!! And then has come the awareness that no matter which choice I make, if I have no expectations, there is no wrong way to go. Each one will bring its own unexpected and so far very beautiful outcome. So that has allowed me to forego delaying choices for fear of not making the right one and just going ahead and living the experience fully, as it is. No procrastination, no fear of losing because there is nothing to lose from Living fully.

My magic has been surrendering to True LOVE. No ifs or buts, no what ifs either! What do I mean? I mean following my heart 100%, regardless of my mind’s opinions. Following my heart regardless of the limiting fears derived from past experiences. Following my heart regardless of its seeming insanity. Allowing myself to LOVE every bit of me like never before, and therefore love another in the same fearless way. Here is another liberating step to freedom, because within Love resides no fear, so if we choose to follow our heart in love we release the crippling grip of fear and LIVE what is right there to LIVE, NOW!!!

My magic has been wrapping myself up in my Essence’s infinite Compassion and walking the path of acceptance beyond judgment. There is no way a runaway child will come back home if he/she doesn’t feel accepted. Same thing with all of my bits and pieces. Same thing with everyone else as well. Freedom from judgment is an indescribable balm of truth.

My magic has been realizing that it is not only when I have stuff to do that I am doing something towards the fulfillment of my dreams and choices. That sometimes just stepping out of the way and letting them happen in their own perfect way and time is the only thing that is missing in order for them to materialize! In other words I have been quitting the habit or busyness, totally letting go of routine and accepted that just participating in the dance of life is in fact all that matters. And all this dance requires is a balance between the steps and the pauses. That’s what gives it its grace.

My magic has been noticing that I don’t need to be surrounded by numerous people all the time to feel I am in very good company! Allowing myself to feel how supported I am, how life and all that it contains accompanies me every instant of every day and night. Allowing myself to feel the blessings in each step I take, in each purely complete moment. I feel more accompanied than ever and yet I have been spending more time alone than ever as well!

These are some of the liberating experiences I have had lately, which I hope I have been able to express clearly. Then again… just feel and you’ll easily understand what I mean.

Obrigada Arco-Íris!

Obrigada Arco-Iris!

Hoje, felizmente não houve autocarros. Sim, felizmente. Isto fez com que tivesse que levar a minha filha à escola de carro. E claro, o seu mano teve que ir também pois não podia ficar em casa sozinho. No caminho de volta diz ele “nunca me lembro de ter visto um arco-íris. Queria tanto ver um!” Respondi-lhe que já havia visto alguns arco-íris mas que não se lembrava.

Chegámos a casa e o sol rompia timidamente por entre nuvens cinzentas, adivinhando chuva. Mal entrámos em casa assim foi, começou a chover levemente. Mas o sol teimava em mostrar o seu sorriso e quando olhei pela janela lá estava o arco-íris! Daqueles que traçam um arco completo de lés a lés, com cores fortes e vivazes! Chamei o Samuel para vir rápido lá fora ver o arco-íris! A alegria dele saltava-lhe pelos olhos e iluminava-lhe o rosto enquanto saltava e gritava “O arco-íris! O arco-íris!” e eis que já outro se formava, mesmo acima do primeiro, mais ténue mas igualmente amplo e completo! 2 arco-íris sobrepostos! E o Samuel dizia “Obrigada arco-íris! Obrigada! Vieste!”

E aquele momento tão simples, preencheu-nos de uma Alegria transbordante e de uma gratidão imensa pelas dádivas da Natureza! Mal entrámos em casa para fugir à chuva  e corremos a espreitar pela janela, o arco-íris já tinha desaparecido, bem como o sol.

Poderás dizer que foi um mero acaso. Se foi ou não pouco importa. O que importa mesmo é que agarrámos o momento de alma e coração e nos entregámos a ele sem hesitar. O que importa é que olhámos lá para fora no momento certo para podermos desfrutar de tão singela dádiva. O que importa é que aconteceu e tornou o nosso dia mais especial ainda.

Por isso fica atento(a) e quando a vida te trouxer o que lhe tens pedido, abre os braços e recebe-a com todo o teu SER pois esse será sem dúvida o teu momento de plenitude. Especial e único (a) como tu!

2012

2012. O ano da grande transformação.

Já tanta coisa se passou ao longo deste ano na minha vida pessoal que na verdade parece-me que se passaram alguns anos e não apenas uns meses. E todas essas coisas tiveram efeitos profundamente transformadores em mim. Não poderia aqui descrever quão belos momentos tenho vivido, quão especiais descobertas tenho feito e quão especiais pessoas me têm abençoado com a sua presença na minha vida.

Se tiver que espremer a essência de 2012, tem sido o ano da autenticidade, da entrega, da integração, da expansão e da luta constante entre a dúvida e a confiança.

Ainda não chegou ao fim. Eu sei. Mas vamos bem perto e já todos falam em 2013 com a máxima naturalidade, finalmente esquecidos dos augúrios apocalípticos para este ano.

Tem sido apocalítico, de facto. O ano da morte e renascimento. O desafio de largar as velhas estruturas de uma vez por todas e saltar no vazio do novo de braços abertos, sem barreiras. E tem sido assim na vida coletiva e individual, sem exceção.

Porque falo nisto agora?

Em primeiro lugar para justificar a minha ausência destes escritos nas últimas semanas. Nem sei bem explicar mas tenho estado a adaptar-me às minhas novas asas, por assim dizer. É como se tivesse havido um terramoto interno (num sentido muito positivo) e agora me adaptasse à nova forma como ficou o meu corpo, a minha mente, o meu ser. E essa adaptação requer-me na totalidade. Requer-me Presente, focada, procurando ficar no silêncio interno e permitindo que tudo em mim se adapte e acomode a Ser. É ter largado as minhas identidades do passado e não ter que ser nada para além de quem realmente Sou. É descobrir esse Ser que Sou mais e mais profundamente, na serenidade do sentir.

E em segundo lugar para dizer-te que sei como te sentes nestes tempos confusos. Que sei que às vezes fica muito difícil acreditar em ti e nas tuas capacidades, acreditar que as coisas vão melhorar ao teu redor e aceitar que tudo tem altos e baixos. Que às vezes fica difícil raciocinar e funcionar e há momentos em que nem sabes bem porquê. Que essa história da magia da vida muitas vezes parece uma utopia tola, com tanta confusão à tua volta.

Quero dizer-te que respires fundo e sintas em ti a verdade que se expressa no silêncio - que não requer explicações e justificações. Essa verdade em ti mostrar-te-à uma e outra vez como lidar com as situações desafiantes com que te deparas, mas não o fará pelos meios normais, analíticos a que te habituaste. Fá-lo-à subtilmente, gentilmente, suavemente por isso quero dizer-te para tirares um tempinho para ti, para te amares e agradeceres verdadeiramente ao teu corpo pela vida que te proporciona, mesmo que não seja ainda a que tu queres. A magia está onde não a esperas e das formas mais simples… e somos nós que a trazemos uns aos outros. Abre os olhos e mantém-te atento/a para que a possas receber em ti!

The Plan beyond the Plan

Your Essence always has a grander purpose and never gives you less when it can give you more. So sometimes, when it seems that something is being taken from us, or never happens, the best thing is to just let go of all expectations and let things happen their own special way. If you have made firm and consistent choices, they will happen, in the best possible way and at the best possible time.

I will give a recent example to illustrate how this kind of magic works in real life.

About two to three years ago I had a dream to fulfill. My dream was to produce a Conscious Breath CD with live music. As I was talking toa friend one day at lunch about my dream, she told me she had a son who had a studio at home and was into hip hop and produced music so I went to talk to him. He was fairly interested, going through a phase at which he wasn’t very sure of himself, but we went ahead with the CD, though he produced the music with his computer and then showed it to me. It took me only one afternoon to record a Portuguese and an English version. The music was then added to the voice and about two months later the CD was ready to bring to the public.

This was, however, not entirely my dream. I had a clear vision of team work, of finding someone who would like to play with me and produce a unique piece in the moment, while I also did the same with the Conscious Breath exercise. Whenever I knew of a musician I presented my idea. Many said they loved it and would do it, but at the very last moment, somehow they fled. I realized it was quite a challenge, not only because it required great musical skill, but also because energetically they would have to undergo some sort of transformation. It would be impossible to go through this kind of experience untouched, and since the next theme I had in mind was the integration of the Masculine and Feminine energies within us, it was a deep shift.

I decided to stop looking. My dream was still there, I simply surrendered and let go of trying to look for the right person.

Two years after the first CD had been produced, which is this year, something beautiful happened.

On a soft, sunny Sunday I went to the fresh park in the centre of Tomar, where I live, to present my book “Not just another book about Love – THE BOOK about LOVE”. There was an event there, where people were selling all sorts of things, both used and new and they were also promoting some activities, my book presentation on the theme of Love being one of them. Not many people showed up to hear about the book. Nevertheless the organizer and his girlfriend came to listen. My writer’s name is T. C. Aeelah, and all of a sudden Ricardo (the organizer) asked me what Aeelah meant. At first I was torn between explaining or being evasive. I decided to stand up for what I believe in and explained that it was my Soul’s sound vibration, therefore my Soul name.

“Sound vibration, oh, very interesting. Are you interested in sound?”, he asked me. And I said “yes, in fact I have been intending to produce a CD under the theme of the integration of the Feminine and Masculine energies, which actually goes very well with this Love book, but it has been hard to find someone who would like to play with this and just surrender to their intuitive capacities.”

“Oh, I’d love to participate in something like that. I love sound. I play Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments for the purpose of relaxation.”

“Really?” I said, “well why don’t we get together and try that, I’d never thought of that”. “Yes, of course”, he replied, “after all there was a reason why not many people came and why I felt like coming to listen to you. All is appropriate”. I smiled and agreed.

Meanwhile, on the same day and right after my presentation, there was going to be a live concert by Samuel Velho, a young musician who was doing crowd funding for his new CD and was presenting it there too. He had already arrived when I started the presentation and I even played with him, saying he could accompany my presentation with his music, which he was quite willing to do, but since it hadn’t been arranged we just went our own ways.

Ricardo invited me to his house to listen to what he usually does in Meditative concerts with bowls, gongs and so on. My kids loved it as much as I did. Then we spoke about getting a studio to record. I mentioned Samuel as well, since he was a musician and apparently he had a studio at home! We then arranged a meeting with him. He was very interested in the project.

The next thing we know is we were actually producing the CD. In the process we realized we formed a real group and we all of a sudden felt a deep urge to work together, doing live concerts and really taking our work one step further. It was all so natural the way we came to these realizations each one of us, and all together.

And now I realize the reason why no one showed up earlier was that since this CD dream was a dream from my Essence, from the deep core of me, this grander part of me had much more to give me than I could possibly plan or expect. The amazing thing is how Souls manage to join people in such perfect and beautiful ways. It never ceases to amaze me, even though I know it works that way.

So here it is my dear friends. Very simple. Very real. Very magical.

Sábado, dia do Equinócio de Outono, organizámos inadvertidamente uma festa de anos surpresa para uma amiga muito especial que nunca tinha tido uma festa surpresa. E a magia aconteceu. No seu sorriso amplo, na forma entusiástica como pulou de Alegria quando gritámos “Surpresa!”, nas lágrimas que lhe correram pelo rosto de gratidão pelo nosso Amor e por tudo, na verdade por tudo. A magia aconteceu nos nossos abraços e partilha de saberes e sabores. A magia aconteceu no Amor incandescente que nos aqueceu de tal maneira que tivemos que ir tomar ar lá fora! É mesmo, havia tanto Amor, tanta Alegria, tanta Vida ali que ficámos todos cheios de calor, mas sabíamos que não era calor ambiente, era calor de re-união, de nos darmos a oportunidade de simplesmente brincar e celebrar um evento de Ser e Estar juntos.

Não, não houve grande planeamento. Na verdade foi decidido no dia anterior. Não, não deu trabalho nenhum a ninguém, primeiro porque foi feito com muito Amor e segundo porque cada um dos “conspiradores” trouxe algo para compartir.

Coisas simples são as que enchem os dias de sentido real, com pessoas reais e ações reais.

Eventos Curiosos

Ontem ocorreu um evento curioso. Como sabem, organizámos aqui em Tomar algumas atividades comemorativas do dia Internacional da Paz, com o objetivo de promover a Paz Interior, a nosso ver o único lugar onde ela realmente se encontra.

Estas atividades decorriam no Parque do Mouchão, no centro da cidade. Tinham início ás 18h, daí que eu e os meus companheiros organizadores havíamos combinado encontrarmo-nos lá por volta das 17h.

Cheguei. Sentei-me num banco do jardim, absorvendo a frescura daquele lugar mágico, ouvindo a água a correr em torno da Roda, as folhas cintilando com a doce brisa do sol, acariciadas pelas asas dos pássaros que, longe do bulício dos veículos movimentados mesmo ali ao lado, viviam ao sabor do seu próprio mundo encantado.

Mal me sentei, e após umas breves respirações profundas, ouvi um grande estrondo. Levantei-me e espreitei para fora do parque. As uns escassos metros de onde me encontrava houvera uma colisão que não conseguia bem definir, apenas via uma nuvem de poeira e alguém a sair de um dos veículos acidentados e caindo logo no chão sem forças para se deslocar. Nisto uma multidão curiosa começou a acorrer ao local e em poucos minutos havia gente, muita gente, por ali. Um ou dois minutos depois, por mero acaso, uma ambulância que se dirigia a algum lugar passou por ali e parou, felizmente prestando os primeiros socorros à pessoa que caíra. Alguns minutos depois mais uma ambulância, e depois outra e mais outra e o carro da polícia, enfim, um grande aparato. De tal forma que a rua onde ocorreu o acidente foi encerrada ao trânsito por cerca de 30 ou 40 minutos.

Eu fiquei no banco de jardim onde havia escolhido sentar-me inicialmente, observando a cena e observando-me a mim mesma.

Os meus companheiros organizadores, claro está, nunca mais chegavam devido ao corte de trânsito, e neste caso não podiam vir a pé pois traziam as taças e instrumentos necessários para o concerto meditativo programado.

Perguntava-me porque é que as situações mais dramáticas suscitam tanta curiosidade. Que teriam todas aquelas pessoas que oferecer com a sua presença ali, a não ser ainda mais confusão? Apenas lhes interessava saber o que se passara, incluindo todos os pormenores mais chocantes. Para quê? Perguntava-me eu.

De facto a tentação de ir e ver era grande. Mas não havia qualquer justificação. Tudo isto mesmo antes de um evento dedicado à Paz Interior, com uma palestra em que um dos temas abordados seria precisamente a necessidade de escolhermos o que realmente queremos nas nossas vidas: Paz ou Drama? E eu ali, fazendo a escolha, mais uma vez, como em tantas outras ocasiões, de não participar no drama, sabendo que apenas a minha Serenidade poderia facilitar a rápida resolução de todo o cenário, enquanto que toda aquela gente por ali a observar apenas atrapalhava, nada mais.

Somos movidos para o drama como as traças para a luz. Sem nos questionarmos onde estará esse interruptor que de repente se liga inadvertidamente. Basta apenas pararmos e tornarmo-nos conscientes desses hábitos automáticos e sermos pro-ativos em ver de reativos. Não é a escolha da multidão que determina o que me parece a escolha acertada para mim e para o bem comum. É a minha consciência. Mas para ouvi-la tenho que estar disponível. Parar, serenar, ouvir e escolher.

É para mim uma responsabilidade social, adquirirmos esta capacidade de parar, serenar, ouvir e escolher conscientemente o que serve o propósito da Paz e o que já não serve mais. Isto é se queremos realmente que exista Paz no mundo. Pelo menos no nosso, podemos fazer a diferença. E depois quem sabe os efeitos que essa Paz terá no teu coração e no dele e no dela e no deles e no de todos…

É que ao satisfazer a nossa curiosidade inexplicável pelo drama, apenas o alimentamos e magnificamos. Intensificamo-lo com os nossos comentários e de cada vez que o mencionamos e contamos uns aos outros. Apenas e tão só servimos a confusão e o ruído, a luta e o desequilíbrio. Nada mais.

Um Dia Mágico

Há dias, logo pela manhã, mal me levantei, dei comigo cheia de vontade de fazer algumas limpezas e arrumações pela casa, e eis que prontamente fiz a vontade à Vontade e pus mãos à obra.

Limpa daqui, sacode tapetes dali, lava, estende, arruma… etc…, sabes como é.

Por entre a minha azáfama enérgica, toca o telemóvel. Olhei, mas não atendi. Estava com alguma pressa para terminar antes de preparar o menino para a escola, e de me preparar a mim para seguir para o trabalho. Pensei para comigo “já ligo de volta, agora não tenho tempo, tenho que me despachar.” E continuei como se nada houvesse ocorrido.

Tal como havia previsto, após deixar o menino na escola e antes de prosseguir para o trabalho, liguei de volta. Sabes o que era que a minha querida amiga me queria dizer?

Primeiro falou de algumas coisas acerca das quais lhe fiz perguntas, e depois, como quem tem um assunto bem relevante para abordar, disse-me ela “mas olha, não foi para falar das minhas coisas que te liguei. Liguei apenas para te desejar um dia mágico”.

Sabes como nos sentimos quando nos abraçam com ternura e o nosso coração se enche de suavidade e carinho, de gratidão, amor e alegria? Pois foi assim mesmo que me senti. E imagina lá que não tinha tido tempo para parar e receber tamanha bênção. Recebi-a na mesma, é certo, mas fez-me parar e sentir que na verdade não há nada mais especial que o Amor que damos e recebemos… e para o podermos receber há que nos disponibilizarmos, sem reservas ou desculpas, tal como para o podermos dar.

Não há melhor momento do que este para AMAR e ser AMADO.
