Ah my dear friends, I come to this blog about the Magic in Everyday Life now to share a series of writings which is titled Inspired Wisdom across 3 Decades, and includes writings from the time I was teenager up to about 2010 when my pen name was Melissa O'Neill and then from 2010 onwards as T. C. Aeelah. I share these for the joy it has been to revisit these inspired instances, which I hereby honour digitally, as the paper versions have been all handed over to the flames of renewal, in a sacred bonfire where all that was was burnt down into ashes, feeding the land of my rebirth into a new octave of existence.
There is no particular chronological order to these writings I now share. They visit this space randomly, like kisses on the many cheeks I have been blessed to encounter throughout lifetimes.
So here goes 💗
Oh Lo and Behold!
It is what I was born for -
To look, to listen
To lose myself
Inside this soft world
To instruct myself
Over and over
In joy,
And acclamation.
It is what I have chosen -
To dive and play
To revel and discover
The sublime intricacies of existence
Oh lo and behold!
What wonder I find
In each speck of stardust that visits my senses
I could touch it if I wanted tp
But I choose not to
I just let it float by and sprinkle me
With its wonder
Oh lo and behold!
It takes me by the hand,
It comes and invites me
To travel around the minute brilliance
Of each atom and further
And further into what seemed to be tininess!
Oh lo and behold!
It is all vast, spacious nothingness
And I smile… at first
Surprised, yet enchanted,
Curious, bubbling with exquisiteness.
I then feel the laughter springing forth
Fro deep down in my belly.
It comes and overflows and spreads out
Onto the canvas of this nothingness
That is so full of illness
Pregnant with the gift of wholeness.
Oh lo and behold!
I sigh, a profoundly ecstatic sigh
And it Is…
It just is.
