Work and Agitation
Besides
the hours we spend eating and sleeping, we occupy most of our day, most of the
days of each week with our work.
Thus,
it is quite appropriate to open this box and take a good look at it, in order
to become conscious of what is ok for you and what isn’t, or what could be
changed. All of this depends, of course, on what we really want for us.
Here
are a few points for reflection, to feel and choose.

What is
work for?
Why did
you choose your current work?
What do
you really like to do?
Your
beliefs about work:
Cross
out the ones that no longer serve you.
If you
could choose your work, without any limitation or need of any kind – what would
you choose?
Can you
accept the possible consequences of that new choice?
What do
you really choose for you?
