The Scrolls of Ahyeen - Existence 5.0

From the Scrolls of Ahyeen

These writings are not stories to consume. they are moments to inhabit.

They are not lessons either. They pulse as living fields.

Read slowly. Breathe them. Let them move through you.

Existence is Naturally Supportive

“Existence is naturally supportive”.

As Hadael stood on the shore, contemplating the rawness of the wild waves before him, he finally completely understood.

“Existence is naturally supportive.” Of course! How could it not be? This was the whole point of experiencing oneself. To be fully supported, irrespective of the nature of the experience itself. Which meant that it was not about existence bringing forth one’s wants, desires or perceived needs. It was about it supporting whatever it is that was believed to be true, possible and impossible. Because… well, very simply, because we exist. Infinitely. Eternally.

“I exist, therefore, existence is supportive”. Existence and “I exist” were, in fact, one and the same thing.

This meant that fear of something “going wrong” – the widely cherished “what if” – was ultimately fear of oneself. Because reality, physical reality, though illusionary, was built entirely on the reflective principle that it mirrors what one believes to be true.

Hadael felt elated at his discoveries. Not really discoveries. Rather, clear awarenesses. This changed everything! If all it took was reviewing why he was holding on to a certain belief that he had concluded no longer served him, but yet was still in place, then it was simple. He was well aware also that one always, invariably, chooses what one believes to be better for oneself. Always. With no exception.

So, if something was happening in his life, which he knew was not better for him and he was choosing something else he knew to be better but still could not set himself entirely free from the other thing he wanted to be done with, it was because some part of him still believed that that was more productive, in other words better, than what he knew was better but still wasn’t able to embrace entirely as his truth. Boiling it all down to “existence is naturally supportive”, of whatever one believes to be true.

Hadael had managed to set himself free from many many beliefs – of separating himself from the mass consciousness overlays that had determined his infancy and younger years, constructed purely on following what others seemed to know and which seemed to work for the majority. This thing of accepting what was commonly believed to be the right way to be his way had been quite uncomfortable for him. So uncomfortable that it had driven him into himself, in search of some other way. Some other truth. Something that felt more real in his heart, that made more sense in his own particular perception.

As much as inconformity had been uncomfortable too, going along with what everyone followed as true, had been even worse. This is how Hadael had managed to jump onto a different track – much like we see in a thriller, where two trains cross each side by side in opposite directions, and the hero somehow manages to jump onto the other train, while it is in motion, leaving behind his “enemies” on the other train, who are not able to follow him in his new direction.

Still, it sometimes felt overwhelming and confusing to be in-between both worlds – his own and the world at large.

It was getting easier and easier, though. To perceive that in fact he was creating his own world, his own reality, with each leap of faith into whole new perceptions which he decided to live by, saying goodbye to doubt and letting go of the fear of what is commonly called the unknown.

It was not really unknown. Otherwise his Soul would not guide him to go in that direction. What it felt like to experience it was unknown. But it was completely safe, productive and a joyful discovery for sure. It was a matter of frequency. Of alignment with a higher frequency of consciousness. And of allowing life to unfold from this field instead of from the field of fearful survival.

It really was not hard to understand. It’s like those games with levels in which one can only see the new reality of the next level once one has left the previous one completely. This new level determines itself with no need to attach to the prior one. Everything in it is different. Like the difference of a sunny day versus a cloudy one. Not that one is better than the other. It is just completely different.

When being in a frequency of peacefulness, joy, love, expansive creative passion, there is no space for fear, worry, anxiety, depression or other such feelings. And the first creates its own reflexion, as does the latter. Really simple to understand.

Sometimes, when an aha moment like this comes along, everything becomes so clear that it is hard to even relate to what was in place before we could see clearly. It is literally a new dimension of experience. Hadael realised that the only difference between setting sail and navigating entirely in the new reality that shows itself in clarity, and relapsing into old patterns, was just whether there was still any lingering belief that pushed him towards what had been known as a default setting or whether all such beliefs had been addressed and let go of, in peaceful recognition. This last bit was key, because when a belief is addressed and feared or rejected in anger, it still has a charge, an opponent. And whatever has an opponent remains in place to faithfully fulfill it position in the battling interaction. Only absolute acceptance and compassionate liberation could completely dissolve the need to hold onto a belief that had so far served a valid purpose, until it became unnecessary and was thankfully released from its duties.

Hadael felt like dancing! He felt like becoming the foam on the surf of the waves he was contemplating and just enjoying the elation of aliveness he now felt! Ah sweet realization! “Existence is naturally supportive”.

With a big sparkling smile, Hadael began to walk back home, knowing that his day would be all the more joyful for the sense of being supported and fully responsible for what he chose to hold onto and to let go of into the blending machine of existence.
