Each time you use your precious energy to pass judgment on yourself, your only gain is the fostering of what you believe to be limited in you - your firm belief in your smallness. 
Each time you use your precious energy to judge others, not only do you invade their private space without permission, filling their world with your mental garbage, on top of it you lose the opportunity of using that very same energy feeding your grandness and creating something you really want to live in your life!
