Besides the hours we spend eating and sleeping, we occupy most of our day, most of the days of each week with our work.
Thus, it is quite appropriate to open this box and take a good look at it, in order to become conscious of what is ok for you and what isn’t, or what could be changed. All of this depends, of course, on what we really want for us.
