On, off or everywhere / Dentro, fora ou o todo

You are not on the path. You ARE the path itself. When you stand on the path all you do is create an obstacle that impedes the simple flow of consciousness, i.e. life, through you - you cease to be the river and become a rock in it. You therefore become something you are not, which is in itself a huge effort.

Observe the breath. The way it flows easily and simply when allowed free reign to be all that it just is. So are you. A breath of existence either pretending to be something else or allowing oneself to merge with all that is... ever was and ever will be.

Tu não estás no caminho. Tu ÉS o caminho em si mesmo. Quando ficas no caminho, apenas crias um obstáculo que impede o fluxo simples da consciência, i.e. da vida, através de ti - deixas de ser o rio e tornas-te um rochedo no meio do rio. Tornas-te, assim, algo que não és, que é por si só um enorme esforço.

Observa a respiração. A forma como flui fácil e simplesmente quando lhe é dada a liberdade de ser tudo o que naturalmente é. Assim és tu. Um sopro de existência ora fingindo ser algo ou permitindo-se fundir com tudo o que é... foi e será.
