Do you want to do something useful for others, for the Earth?

Each moment of your Silence is a balm for all, a clearing in the forest of noise which constantly involves us.
Each Smile of yours is a ray of sunshine that lights Life up.
Each Present Look is an opening of the heart.
Each heartfelt Hug is a symphony of Pure Love.
Each Soft and Serene touch is a meaningful Pause.
Each Complete and Conscious Breath is a sweet gift of serenity.
Each step taken with respect for the ground you tread is a Creative Gratitude Exchange between you and this magnificent planet.
Each instant you deeply love yourself is reflected in your entire reality... which in turn is intimately connected to the realities of so many other Human Beings, Animals, Plants... with everything. You reflect Love.
Is there greater service than this? There are, surely, other forms of service to Humanity and to the Earth but they are certainly not more or less precious that these simples moments of Isness.
Even when you say nothing, or when it seems you have done nothing... it simply makes all the difference

Cada Toque Suave e Sereno é uma pausa com Sentido.
Cada Respiração Completa e Consciente é uma doce dádiva de serenidade.
Cada Passo dado com Respeito pelo chão que pisas é uma Troca Criativa de Gratidão entre ti e este magnífico planeta.
Cada instante em que te amas profundamente reflete-se em toda a tua realidade... que está por sua vez intimamente entrelaçada com as realidades de tantos outros Seres Humanos, Animais, Plantas... com Tudo. Refletes Amor.
Há maior serviço que este? Há decerto muitas formas de serviço à Humanidade e à Terra mas não são com toda a certeza mais nem menos preciosas que estas simples formas de Ser.
Mesmo quando não dizes nada, mesmo quando parece que não fizeste nada... tudo isto faz simplesmente toda a diferença
