Estou no comboio.
I am on the train.
Mesmo à minha frente há um placard com uma linda menina de cabelos louros ao vento, no meio de um campo verde imenso, com um moinho de vento na mão.
A última frase do placard é “depende de si fazer uma escolha consciente” e depois “O ambiente agradece”.
Right in front of me there is a poster with a photo of a beautiful little girl on it, her long, blonde hair lightly swaying in the wind, standing amidst an immense field of green.
The last sentence on the poster says "making a conscious choice depends on you" and then "the environment will be thankful".

Sorrio.

Pois bem. Quando escolhes conscientemente a tua realidade, de facto o ambiente agradece. Poupas-nos a todos da poluição dramática de emoções descontroladas que se geram quando os resultados práticos da tua existência ocorrem de forma aleatória simplesmente porque não paraste para escolher, e depois te queixas que não era isto que querias para ti!
When you consciously choose your reality, the environment is truly thankful! You spare us of the dramatic pollution created by the uncontrolled emotions which are generated as the practical result of your existence, when events happen at random simply because you didn't stop to choose - but then stop to complain that this is not what you wanted!

Todas as emoções derivadas do medo, ou seja da negação, criam muito ruído energético ao redor, e afetam todos os lugares e pessoas por onde passamos. Isto é poluição ambiental!
All emotions derived from fear, which is in fact denial, create immense energetic noise around us, and they affect all of the places and people we go by. THIS is environmental pollution!

Daí que, se a questão é ser altruísta, vale a pena parar e ser egoísta  (ou seja, escolher mesmo o que queremos para nós) para poupar o mundo inteiro ao conflito constante entre o que se pensa que se quer e o que ocorre sem querer por não haver escolhido – e oferecer-lhe em vez disso a ALEGRIA da nossa fluidez!
Therefore, if the issue is being altruistic, it is worth stopping to be selfish (in other words, choosing what we want for ourselves) in order to spare the whole world of the constant conflict between what we think we want and what happens without us wanting it, just because we have not chosen. Then we can offer the JOY of our fluidity!
